摘　　要：目前,商务管理专业人才培养存在理论与实践相脱节,校内实训和校外实习不足;创新意识薄弱,创新能力欠佳;教师实践能力弱,校企合作深度不够等问题。针对这些问题,商务管理专业人才培养改革应该采取的策略是坚持理论与实践相结合,注重实训教学;与时俱进增强创新意识,培养创新人才;校企合作协同培养,弥补教师实践不足,提升教学效果。At present,there are some problems in the cultivation of business management professionals,such as the disconnection between theory and practice,the lack of practical training inside and outside school,the weak awareness of innovation,the poor ability of innovation,the weak practical ability of teachers,and the insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation. In view of these problems,we should adhere to the combination of theory and practice in the reform of the cultivation of business management professionals,pay attention to practical teaching,keep pace with the times to enhance the awareness of innovation and cultivate innovative talents;have the school-enterprise cooperation for joint cultivation to make up for the lack of teachers’ practice and improve the teaching effect.
