摘  要:针对直缝焊管JCO成形非对称弯曲变形特征,考虑了包辛格效应和变形过程中弹性模量的变化,采用线性随动强化耦合Chord模型描述了直缝焊管JCO成形非对称弯曲变形行为及其特征,结果表明非对称弯曲变形过程可以分为5个变形阶段:刚体转动阶段、全弹性变形阶段、弹塑性未包覆变形阶段、弹塑性包覆阶段和回弹阶段。整个板料变形区可以分为:全弹性变形区、弹塑性未包覆变形区和弹塑性包覆区;其中JCO成形首次弯曲非对称性明显,而二次和三次弯曲非对称性不明显;非对称弯曲回弹量与残余应力水平直接相关,残余应力水平越高,弹性回复应变越小。Aimed at the asymmetric bending deformation characteristics in JCO forming process for straight-seam welded pipe,the linear kinematic hardening coupled Chord model which considering Bauschinger effect and elastic modulus variation during the deformation process was used to describe the behavior and characteristics of asymmetric bending of JCO forming for straight-seam welded pipe. The results show that the deformation process of asymmetric bending can be divided into five stages: rigid body rotation stage,full elastic deformation stage,elastoplastic unwraped deformation stage,elastoplastic wraped stage and springback stage. The whole deformation zone can be divided into three zones: full elastic deformation zone,elastoplastic unwraped deformation zone and elastoplastic wraped zone. The asymmetry of the first bending in JCO forming is obvious,while the asymmetry of the second and the third bending is not obvious. The springback of asymmetric bending is directly related to the level of residual stress. The higher the level of residual stress is,the smaller the elastic recovery strain is.
