补肾活血汤对特发性男性不育症精子质量和VEGF的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾活血汤对特发性男性不育症患者精子质量及血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的影响。方法根据入选标准,搜集特发性男性不育症患者120例,随机分成对照组(60例)和治疗组(60例)。对照组患者口服胰激肽原酶,240u/次,3次/日,治疗组服用中药补肾活血汤治疗,200ml/次,2次/日。两组分别在治疗前和治疗3个月后检测精液量、精子浓度、前向运动精子比率、精子形态、精子碎片DNA率(DFI)、精浆VEGF,以及配偶妊娠情况。结果治疗3个月后,对照组在精子浓度、前向运动精子活动率、精浆VEGF较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05);治疗组的精液量、精子浓度、前向运动精子比率、正常精子形态、DFI、精浆VEGF较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.05),并优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血汤可以提高特发性男性不育症患者的精子质量和微循环因子表达。补肾活血汤可能是通过改善睾丸微循环,提高精子质量,治疗特发性男性不育症。Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on sperm quality and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in idiopathic male infertility.Methods According to the inclusion criteria,120 cases were randomly assigned them to control group(60 cases)and the treatment group(60 cases).The control group received pancreatic kininogenase,240 U/time,3 times/day.The treatment group was given Bushen Huoxue Decoction,200 ml/time,2 times/day.Before and after the treatment of 3 months,we obtained semen volume,sperm concentration,the ratio of the forward movement of sperm,sperm morphology,DFI,seminal plasma VEGF,and observe the pregnancy.Results After 3 months of treatment,the control group was obviously improved ofsperm concentration,activity ratio of prorsad spermatozoa,seminal VEGFcompared to pre-treatment(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the indicatrix of semen volume,sperm concentration,sperm forward movement ratio,normal sperm morphology,DFI,seminal VEGF were obviously improved compared to pre-treatment(P<0.05).Besides,it was obviously ameliorated compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Decoction can improve sperm quality and expression of microcirculation factor in patients with idiopathic male infertility.Bushen Huoxue Decoction may treatidiopathic male infertility by improving testicular microcirculation and the quality of sperm.
