摘 要:根据矿山开采技术条件,通过比较,研究选择了分段凿岩阶段出矿嗣后充填采矿法作为复杂多变矿体的开采方法,并进行了工业试验。试验结果表明,分段凿岩阶段出矿嗣后充填采矿法采场生产能力为518t/d,损失率为16.6%,直接采矿成本比原留矿法降低了12.6元/t;同时,利用尾砂充填采空区,确保了采场稳定性,延长了矿山服务年限,为矿山创造了良好经济效益。According to the technical conditions of mine and through comparison,the sublevel drilling and stage drawing mining method with backfill was selected as the mining method of complex and variable ore bodies,and the industrial test was carried out.The test results showed that the production capacity of this mining method was 518 t/d,the loss rate was 16.6%,and the direct mining cost was reduced by 12.6 RMB/t compared with that of shrinkage mining method.At the same time,using tailings for filling the goaf ensured the stability of stope,extended the service life of the mine,and created good economic benefits for the mine.
