摘  要:随着国家对生态环境的高度重视,国内黑色矿山采矿工艺逐渐由崩落法转为充填法,其中崩落转充填过渡分段顺利回采是维持采场及地表安全的关键,也具有重要的经济意义。以大冶铁矿为工程背景,设计了进路-崩落联合采矿法对大冶铁矿-108^-120 m水平过渡分段矿体进行回采,通过FLAC3D数值模拟软件对过渡分段回采过程进行模拟,验证其安全性,工业应用取得了良好的经济指标,累计回采矿石34.65万t,回采率83.46%,贫化率为14.55%,实现了崩落法向充填法的顺利过渡。With the high attention of the state to the ecological environment,the mining technology of black mine in China has gradually changed from caving method to filling method.Sublevel safe mining in the transition from sublevel caving to backfilling is the key to maintain the safety of stope and surface,and also has important economic significance.Taking Daye Iron Mine as an engineering background,the approach and caving combined mining method was designed to stope the transition ore body in-108^-120 m level of Daye Iron Mine.The transition stoping process was simulated by FLAC3 D numerical simulation software and its safety was verified.Good economic indexes were obtained in industrial application.The total ore recovery was 346500 t,the recovery rate was 83.46%,and the dilution rate was 14.55%,which realized the smooth transition from caving method to filling method.
