摘  要:某金矿拟采用全尾砂-人工砂高浓度胶结充填。为了研究充填料浆的工作特性及相关因素的影响规律,采用配合比正交试验,以料浆浓度、水泥含量和人工砂/尾砂为变量,以单轴抗压强度、塌落度和扩散度为研究目标,开展了对充填料浆强度和流动性的研究。结果表明:料浆浓度和人工砂/尾砂分别对充填料浆的强度和流动性影响最大。在实验范围内,料浆浓度和水泥含量与抗压强度成正相关,料浆浓度增加1%,强度可提高0.05 MPa,水泥含量增加1%,强度可提高0.06 MPa,人工砂/尾砂为4.2时,抗压强度可提高0.07MPa;料浆浓度与流动性成负相关,水泥含量与流动性成正相关,人工砂/尾砂比值为4.2时,塌落度可提高1.78cm,扩散度可提高10.47cm。试验得出的最佳配合比为:料浆浓度76%,水泥含量10%,人工砂/尾砂为4.2。In order to study the working characteristics of high-concentration cemented filling slurry with full tailings and artificial sand in a gold mine and the influence of related factors,the slurry concentration,cement content,and the ratio of artificial sand to tailings were selected as variables,and then the uniaxial compressive strength,slump and diffusivity were taken as research targets.Thereafter orthogonal experiment design was used to study the strength and fluidity of the filling slurry.The results showed that the slurry concentration and the ratio of artificial sand to tailings had the greatest impact on the strength and fluidity of the filling slurry,respectively.In the experimental range,the slurry concentration and cement content were positively related to the compressive strength.When the slurry concentration and cement content increased by 1%,the strength can be increased by 0.05 MPa and 0.06 MPa,respectively.When the ratio of artificial sand to tailings was 4.2,the compressive strength reached the maximum,with an increase of 0.07 MPa.The slurry concentration was negatively correlated with fluidity,but the cement content was opposite.When the ratio of artificial sand to tailings was 4.2,the slump and the diffusion were increased by 1.78 cm and 10.47 cm,respectively.The optimal mix ratio obtained by the test was the slurry concentration of 76%,the cement content of 10%,and the ratio of artificial sand to tailings of 4.2.
