摘  要:简述了矿山充填胶凝材料发展与现状,研究河钢矿业研发的矿尾粉充填胶结材料的强度与工作特性,最后介绍了河钢矿山全固废充填胶结材料的研究与进展情况。结果表明,与水泥相比,矿尾粉充填胶结材料在力学性能和流动性能方面具有显著优势;利用钢渣、脱硫灰渣等低品质固废开发了全固废充填胶凝材料,可用于超细全尾砂似膏体充填。研发全固废充填胶结材料是充填采矿发展的必然趋势,不仅可以提高铁矿充填采矿的经济效益,而且还能探索出一条低品质固废资源综合利用的有效途径。In this paper,the development and current situation of cementitious material for mine filling were briefly described,then the strength and working characteristics of filling cementitious material with tailings powder developed by Hegang Mine were studied.Finally,the research and development of filling cementitious material with whole solid waste in Hegang mine were introduced.The results showed that,compared with cement,the filling cementitious material with tailings powder had significant advantages in mechanical properties and flow performance.The filling cementitious material with whole solid waste was developed by using low-quality solid wastes such as steel slag and desulfurized ash,which could be used for ultra-fine full tailings paste-like filling.Research and development of filling cementitious materials with whole solid waste is an inevitable trend in the development of filling mining.It can not only improve the economic benefits of iron ore filling mining,but also explore an effective way of comprehensive utilization of low-quality solid waste resources.
