雅格赛特系列染料在锦纶织物染色上的应用

摘　　要：针对传统中性染料含有重金属以及湿牢度较差的问题,采用雅格赛特NB系列染料对锦纶进行染色。分析了染液pH值、雅可风NB助剂用量对雅格赛特NB系列染料上染锦纶上染百分率的影响,以及碱洗后pH值、染色温度对雅格赛特NB系列染料上染锦纶色牢度的影响,并与酸性染料上染锦纶的工艺进行比较。实验得出:雅格赛特NB系列染料染色后锦纶不含重金属,色牢度优异,染色后无需固色处理,能够达到绿色纺织品的要求,适合做间色夹白风格织物。In order to solve the problems of heavy metals and poor wet fastness in traditional neutral dyes, Argacid NB series dye was used to dye nylon fiber. The influence of pH value of dye and dosage of Argafun NB on dyeing percentage of Argacid NB series dye on nylon was analyzed, and the influence of pH value and dyeing temperature on color fastness of Argacid NB series dye was compared with that of acid dye after alkali washing. The results show that after dyeing with Argacid NB series dye, nylon fiber is free of heavy metals and has excellent color fastness without color fixation treatment, which can meet the requirements of green textiles and is suitable for style of interchrome white fabrics.
