摘  要:DGT-6糊料的上浆前处理工艺易降低羊毛织物的花纹清晰度,不利于精细和大面积印花。为了提高羊毛织物数码印花的清晰度、得色量且改善印花手感,根据羊毛织物数码印花前处理工艺的要求,选择不同浓度的DGT-6糊料进行上浆处理,测定羊毛织物在上浆印花后的线条精细度、K/S值、脱糊率、渗透性和色牢度等指标。试验结果显示:从5项测试指标综合来看,对羊毛织物数码印花进行上浆预处理且当DGT-6糊料浓度为3%时,其织物得色量较高,花纹图案较清晰,脱糊率及渗透性能较好,上浆效果较好。Pre-sizing of DGT-6 paste can easily reduce the pattern definition of wool fabric, which is not conducive to fine and large-area printing. In order to improve the clarity, color yield and feel of wool fabric digital printing, different amount of DGT-6 was used for sizing treatment according to the requirements of digital printing pretreatment technology of woolen fabrics, the line fineness, K/S value, paste removal rate, permeability and color fastness of wool fabrics were determined. Experimental data showed that when the amount of DGT-6 is 3%, the fabric has the highest color, clear pattern, good paste removal rate and permeability, and the sizing effect is the best.
