摘 要:为了对比分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定皮革制品中甲醛含量的差异,运用配对T检验的方法对结果进行统计学分析,T值为13.0,自由度为5,P<0.001,得出2种方法对甲醛含量的测定结果具有显著性差异,并对造成差异的可能原因进行分析。研究结果表明:高效液相色谱法的结果显著高于分光光度法,其主要原因是乙酰丙酮中甲醛的干扰,以及样品中存在的可与乙酰丙酮反应且产物在波长412 nm处有吸收物质的干扰,这些干扰使样品中甲醛的测定结果升高了7~8 mg/kg。There were two methods to determine the content of formaldehyde in leather products, which were spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography. The content of formaldehyde in different leather products by spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography methods were tested and paired T test was used for statistical analysis. T is 13.0, the degree of freedom is 5, and P<0.001, the results showed that the differences between the two methods in the determination of formaldehyde were significant and high performance liquid chromatography was significantly higher than that of spectrophotometry. The main reasons were the interference of formaldehyde in acetylacetone, and the interference of the product existing in the sample that could react with acetylacetone and be absorped at 412 nm, which increased the formaldehyde determination results by 7-8 mg/kg.
