摘 要:创新创业教育协同育人机制的特征主要表现为主体多元性、目标同一性和资源共享性。当前,大学生创新创业教育协同育人机制存在合作教育意识淡薄、协同契约流于形式、师资水平相对不高以及社会资源整合不力的问题。构建大学生创新创业教育协同育人机制需要树立合作共赢育人理念,激发协同育人内生动力,打造双师型育人团队,进行社会资源优化整合。The characteristics of collaborative education mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education are mainly manifested in the diversity of subjects,the identity of objectives and the sharing of resources.At present,there are some problems in the collaborative education mechanism of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education,such as weak awareness of cooperative education,mere formality of cooperative contract,relatively low level of teachers and poor integration of social resources.In order to construct the collaborative education mechanism of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education,we should set up the concept of cooperation and win-win education,stimulate the internal driving force of collaborative education,build a team of doublequalified teachers and optimize and integrate social resources.
