摘  要:设计合成了2种以香豆素为荧光团、酰腙为识别基团的双香豆素双酰腙类荧光探针,并对其进行了结构表征及光谱性能研究。结果表明,探针对Cu^2+具有高选择性和高灵敏度,表现出明显的荧光猝灭效应,探针与Cu^2+以1∶2的结合比相互作用,对Cu^2+检测限为10^-9mol/L。Two fluorescent probes,(N1′,E,N3′,E)-N1′,N3′-bis((7-N,N-diethylaminocoumarin-3-yl)methylene)malonohydrazide and(N1′E,N4′E)-N1′,N4′-bis((7-N,N-diethylaminocoumarin-3-yl)methylene)succinohydrazide,bearing acylhydrazone group as binding site and coumarin group as the fluorescence signal group were synthesized and characterized by conventional techniques.These probes showed notable fluorescence turn-off response for Cu^2+over other metals ions.The probes and Cu^2+formed 1∶2 coordination complexes according to spectroscopy data and Job’s plots.Further study demonstrated that the detection limit of Cu^2+for the probes was as low as 10^-9mol/L.
