摘 要:在分析江河水流动过程中水能转换成叶轮机械能效率的基础上,分别设计了1,5,10,50 k W级水力涡轮发电机组样机,并在不同河道内进行相关试验测试,得到不同发电机组的能量利用系数(Cpt)分别为0. 390,0. 406,0. 373,0. 409。该方案验证了水流能直接发电及采用液压动力传递方式代替二级齿轮传动的可行性,分析了叶轮直径、叶轮级数和水流入流是否有扩口汇流装置对水力涡轮发电机组输出功率的影响,为研究水流能直接发电提供了理论依据。Based on the analysis of the conversion efficiency of hydraulic energy into impeller mechanical energy during the flowing of rivers,prototypes of a 1 kW,a 5 kW,a 10 kW and a 50 kW hydraulic turbine generator unit were designed and tested in different channels.The energy utilization coefficient(C pt)of the four generator units were 0.390,0.406,0.373 and 0.409 respectively.This scheme verified the feasibility of power generation by river current directly and taking hydraulic power transmission to replace the double-gear transmission.The influence of impeller diameter,impeller series and flaring inflow-concentration device on the output power of the hydraulic turbine generator unit was studied,which provided a theoretical basis for the river current energy utilization.
