摘  要:针对2A12铝合金零件经硫酸阳极化后膜层存在黑斑或黑点现象,介绍了硫酸阳极氧化工艺流程、槽液成分、氧化参数及操作要点。通过分析影响2A12铝合金硫酸阳极氧化的主要因素,从零件预处理质量、工艺参数的选择、槽液日常维护和Cu^2+、Al^3+和Cl^-等杂质的处理及加工过程中零件的装挂等多方面提出改进、优化,使硫酸阳极化膜层出现黑点或黑斑的现象得以彻底消除。Aiming at the phenomenon of black patches or spots existing in the coatings after anodizing with sulfuric acid of 2A12 aluminum alloy parts,process flow,composition of bath,oxidation parameters and keys points of operation for sulfuric acid anodic oxidation were introduced. By analyzing the main factors affecting sulfuric acid anodic oxidation of 2A12 aluminum alloy,the improvement and optimization were put forward from the aspects of pretreatment quality of parts,selection of process parameters,daily maintenance of baths,treatment of impurities,such as Cu^2+、Al^3+ and Cl^-,and racking of parts during processing so that the phenomenon of black patches or spots occurring in sulfuric acid anodizing coatings can be eliminated completely.
