摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙术前干预对冠心病患者围术期发生心脏事件的影响。方法收集本院住院确诊为冠心病的非心脏手术患者120例(已服用阿托伐他汀钙20mg/d)。根据临床特点随机分为经过增加阿托伐他汀钙调控的观察组40mg/d和阿托伐他汀钙20mg/d调控的对照组。比较两组高敏C反应蛋白水平、肌酸激酶水平及患者围术期心脏事件发生的情况。结果观察组高敏C反应蛋白平均水平为(4.88±2.19)mg/L,对照组为(7.95±2.21)mg/L,两组比较的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组肌酸激酶水平为(15.99±146.7)U/L,对照组为(127.4±66.0)U/L;术后并发症发生比较的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前40mg剂量阿托伐他汀钙干预可减少冠心病患者围术期心脏事件的发生。Objective To explore the effect of preoperative intervention of atorvastatin calcium on perioperative cardiac events in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 120patients(20mg/d of atorvastatin calcium)with coronary heart disease were collected.According to the clinical characteristics,the patients were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(40mg/d)and control group(20mg/d).The level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,the level of creatine kinase and the occurrence of perioperative cardiac events were compared between the two groups.Results The average level of high sensitive C-reactive protein was(4.88±2.19)mg/L in the observation group and(7.95±2.21)mg/L in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),Creatine kinase level in the observation group was(159.9±146.7)U/L,while it was(127.4±66.0)U/L in control group.and the difference between the postoperative complications was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of 40mg of atorvastatin calcium before operation can reduce the occurrence of perioperative cardiac events in patients with coronary heart disease.
