摘　　要：目的了解宁德市传染病报告质量和管理状况,为进一步提高传染病报告质量和规范管理提供依据。方法按分层随机抽样的方法,2017-12抽取宁德市3个县(市)共24家机构,开展传染病报告质量和管理状况的调查。采用SPSS17.0软件进行χ2检验或Fisher确切概率法,检验水准α=0.05。结果 2017年宁德市18家机构中,共查出传染病18种849例,传染病报告率为99.6%,报告及时率为99.3%,纸质传染病报告卡填写完整率为96.2%,纸质报告卡填写准确率为100.0%,与网络报告信息一致率为99.3%,报告卡有效证件号填写完整率为96.2%。结论 2017年宁德市医疗机构报告总体情况较好,但仍存在漏报、迟报,应采取综合措施进一步提高传染病报告质量和管理水平。Objective To understand the quality and management status of infectious diseases report in Ningde City,and to provide a basis for further improving the quality of infectious diseases report and standardized management. Methods According to method of stratified random sampling, 24 institutions in 3 counties(cities) of Ningde City were selected to investigate on the quality and management of infectious disease reporting. Chi-square test or Fisher exact probability method was used by SPSS 17.0, and the test level α=0.05. Results A total of 18 medical institutions in the city were investigated, and 18 kinds of infectious disease with 849 cases were detected, with a reporting rate of 99.6% and a timely reporting rate of 99.3%. The completeness rate of the paper report card was 96.2%, the rate of accuration of paper report card was 100.0%, and the consistency rate with internet information was99.3%, and the rate of the report card with valid certificate number was 96.2%. Conclusion In 2017, the overall reported situation of infectious disease of Ningde City’s medical institutions was relatively good,but there still had reports were omissions and delays. Comprehensive measures should be taken to further improve the quality and management of infectious diseases.
