摘 要:目的探究生物反馈电刺激对改善老年女性压力性尿失禁的疗效及对尿动力学的影响。方法选取徐州市中心医院妇科2015年10月~2017年11月收治的老年女性压力性尿失禁患者100例,按随机数字表法均分为对照组和实验组。对照组行常规治疗,实验组在此基础上行生物反馈电刺激治疗。对比两组治疗前后临床疗效、尿动力学及生活质量变化。结果实验组治疗后Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌力及肌电位均高于对照组,Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌疲劳度均低于对照组,A3反射正常率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组治疗后尿动力学指标(PVLP、PMUC、PMU、BC、LSF、VMCC、PQmax)均明显高于对照组(P <0.05);实验组治疗后生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激治疗老年女性压力性尿失禁可显著提高临床疗效,改善患者尿动力学,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effects of biofeedback electrical stimulation on the stress urinary incontinence and the urodynamics in old women with stress urinary incotinence.Methods A total of 100 older women with stress urinary incontinence were selected in Xuzhou Central Hospital from October 2015 to November 2017.The patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table.The control group received conventional treatment.The experimental group received biofeedback electrical stimulation.The clinical efficacy,urodynamics and quality of life were evaluated before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the strength of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ muscle fibers,and myopotential were higher,the fatigue of typeⅠ and type Ⅱ muscle fibers were lower,the rate of normal A3 reflex were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The urodynamic parameters(PVLP,PMUC,PMU,BC,LSF,VMCC,PQmax) in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The score of quality of life in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The biofeedback electrical stimulation is effective in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in older women,and improves the urodynamics and the quality of life.
