耳穴贴压联合艾条灸防治老年肛肠术后排尿困难的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴贴压联合艾条灸防治老年肛肠术后排尿困难的疗效。方法选取2015年12月~2017年12月唐山市中医医院收治的老年肛肠术后患者90例,按数字表法随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组给予常规治疗,实验组于此基础上给予耳穴贴压联合艾条灸治疗,比较两组排尿困难改善情况。结果治疗后,实验组首次排尿症状评分、排尿等待时间、术后1 d残尿量均明显优于对照组(P <0.05);实验组术后首次排尿量、排尿时间均明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论耳穴贴压联合艾条灸可有效改善老年患者肛肠术后排尿困难,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of auricular acupoint pressuring combined with moxa stick moxibustion on dysuria of older patients undergoing anorectal surgery.Methods 90 older patients undergoing anorectal surgery in Tangshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table.The control group was given conventional therapy,and the experimental group was given auricular acupoints pressing combined with moxa stick moxibustion therapy.The urination of the patients was documented.Results After treatment,the score of first urination symptom,urination waiting time,and residual urine volume at 1 day after surgery in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The first urination volume and urination time in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing combined with moxa stick moxibustion may effectively improve the dysuria after anorectal surgery in older patients.
