摘　　要：目的基于三维质量结构模型构建经尿道前列腺增生腔内手术膀胱冲洗质量评价标准,旨在为临床评价单病种手术护理质量提供参考标准。方法以“结构-过程-结果”质量结构模型为理论依据,通过文献检索、半结构式访谈、专家会议、专家咨询,确定经尿道前列腺增生腔内手术膀胱冲洗质量评价体系并进行重要性赋值。结果2轮专家咨询的问卷回收率分别为97.46%、100%,专家权威系数Cr分别为0.816、0.817,肯德尔协调系数W分别为0.195、0.699(P<0.01)。最终形成的评价标准包含一级指标3个,二级指标7个,三级指标32个(结构指标4个、过程指标23个、结果指标6个)。结论经尿道前列腺增生腔内手术膀胱冲洗质量评价体系构建过程科学,内容设置合理,可用于临床护理实践。Objective To construct the bladder irrigation quality evaluation system for for transurethral prostatectomy based on the three-dimensional quality structure model,and to provide references for clinical evaluation of quality of nursing care for single disease operation nursing.Methods Based on the theory of Donabedian's“structure-process-outcome”quality structure model,the quality evaluation system of bladder irrigation in transurethral prostate hyperplasia surgery was determined,and assign a value according to its importance.Results After two rounds of expert consultation,questionnaire response rates were 97.46%and 100%;expert authority coefficients were 0.816 and 0.817.Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.195 and 0.699(P<0.01).The final index system consisted of 3 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators and 32 third-level indicators(4 structure indicators,23 process indicators,6 outcome indicators).Conclusion The process of construction of nursing quality evaluation index system for bladder irrigation is scientific.The contents are reasonable,which can reflect nursing characteristics of bladder irrigation.
