不同种源紫苏光响应特征比较分析

摘　　要：以7个种源的紫苏植株为研究材料,用Li-6400光合仪测定光合参数,制作光响应曲线,研究不同种源紫苏特征参数之间差异,为紫苏对环境的光合适应性和紫苏种植地选择提供理论依据。结果显示:不同种源紫苏的光合速率(P_n)、蒸腾速率(T_r)和水分利用率(WUE)的响应曲线趋势大致相同。云南种源对光有很强的适应能力,在强光或弱光下均能很好地生长;甘肃种源对光的适应能力较弱,应在光照条件适宜的环境中种植;广东、安徽对强光的利用能力强,在光照较强的地方能更好地生长;黑龙江对弱光的利用能力较强,在光照相对较弱的环境中生长也能不受影响,耐阴性强;河北、河南种源在弱光下适应能力较小,应种植在光照强度相对大一些的地区。The photosynthetic parameters of 7 provenances of Perilla were measured by Li-6400 photosynthetic instrument, and the light response curve was made to study the differences of characteristic parameters of different provenances, which provided theoretical basis for the photosynthetic adaptability of Perilla to the environment and for the selection of planting land of Perilla. The results showed that the response curves of PN, TR and WUE of different provenances were similar. Yunnan provenance has strong adaptability to light, and can grow well under strong light or weak light. The adaptability of Gansu provenance to light is weak, so it should be planted in the environment suitable for its growth. Guangdong and Anhui provenance have a strong ability to use strong light, and can grow better in places with strong light. Heilongjiang provenance has a strong ability to use weak light, and can grow in a weak light environment without being affected, and has a strong resistance to negative light. Hebei and Henan provenances have a small adaptability under weak light, and should be planted in areas with relatively high light intensity.
