摘　　要：The electronic atlas of ornamental flora in the Daqing area selects 265 species of plants from 84 families.The video studio X5 software is used to edit and process pictures and text materials,and professional templates are used to make a media playback video combining picture materials,text description,background music,and subtitle dub.Each plant is provided with a Latin scientific name,Chinese name,taxonomic status,habitat,application and other morphological characteristics description and identification pictures.This paper expounds on the design idea and the whole production process of the atlas.The atlas is easy to search and browse and can provide a necessary reference for gardeners,botany lovers and students to know ornamental plants correctly,and to research,develop and utilize ornamental plants.
