中国农村居民养老问题分析——以围场满族蒙古族自治县为例

摘　　要：中国人口老龄化进程在不断加快,尤其是农村人口的老龄化速度不断加快,这会导致中国农村养老问题的加剧。养老问题影响农村经济发展和社会秩序的稳定,农村老年居民的养老问题日益受到社会各界的关注,合理解决农村居民养老问题有助于提高和改善农村居民的安全感、幸福感。以围场满族蒙古族自治县为例进行调研分析,根据该地区农村居民的个人特征,探讨农民的养老意愿与养老方式选择,并针对出现的困境提出完善养老保障政策的相关建议。The process of population aging in China is accelerating,especially in rural areas,which will aggravate the problem of rural residents'pension in China.The problem of old-age care affects rural economic development and the stability of social order,so this problem in rural areas is increasingly concerned by all sectors of the society,and a reasonable solution to rural residents'pension is helpful for improving the sense of security,happiness of rural residents.Taking Weichang Manchu and Mongolian Autonomous county as an example for the investigation and analysis,according to the personal characteristics of rural residents in this area,the farmers'willingness and choice of old-age care mode were discussed,and corresponding suggestions for the improvement of the endowment insurance policy in light of emerging difficulties were put forward.
