白城市金融支持乡村振兴战略问题研究

摘　　要：2018年党的十九大以来,国家实施乡村振兴战略。吉林省白城市作为全国14个集中连片特困地区之一,金融支持乡村振兴工作形势相对严峻,本文主要对白城市金融支持乡村振兴战略力度较弱、金融支持乡村振兴战略发展模式亟需更新、金融支持乡村振兴战略保障措施有待完善等几方面问题加以分析,并得到应持续强化政策指引和“窗口指导”作用;给予政策倾斜及措施保障、推动扶贫小额信贷、融资性担保、融资租赁等机构发展普惠金融;加快完善农村金融基础设施;发展农村保险市场,着力提升村民投保意识及农业保险险种有效覆盖面等结论,旨在提高金融支持乡村振兴效率,助力当地经济又好又快发展。since the 19th party Congress in 2018,the state has implemented the strategy of rural revitalization.As one of the 14 concentrated contiguous poor areas in the country,Baicheng City in Jilin Province is facing a relatively grim situation in terms of financial support for rural revitalization.This article mainly analyzes the weak strategy of urban financial support for rural revitalization,the urgent need to update the development model of financial support for rural revitalization,and the need to improve the strategic guarantee measures for financial support for rural revitalization.And should be continuously strengthened policy guidance and"window guidance"role;Give policy preference and measures to guarantee,promote pro-poor microcredit,financing guarantees,financial leasing and other institutions to develop inclusive finance;We will accelerate the improvement of rural financial infrastructure.The development of the rural insurance market,and efforts to raise villagers'awareness of insurance coverage and the effective coverage of agricultural insurance coverage,are aimed at improving the efficiency of financial support for rural revitalization and promoting the sound and rapid development of the local economy.
