摘　　要：借鉴全面质量管理、QHSE管理体系的手段及方法,建立起设备运行、维护、检修一体化PDCA闭环式消缺管理,并从计划、执行、检查、处理4个阶段详细阐述了田集发电厂的做法,为其他电厂设备运行消缺提供借鉴。By referring the means and methods of overall quality management and QHSE management system, a PDCA closed-loop defect elimination management system integrating equipment operation, maintenance and overhaul is established, and the practices of Tianji Power Plant are elaborated in four stages of planning, execution, inspection and treatment, providing reference for equipment operation defect elimination of other power plants.
