摘 要:为充实福建柏育种的选择群体,于2010年利用24株选自福建柏种源试验林中的优良单株在福建省邵武卫闽国有林场、沙县官庄国有林场、大田梅林国有林场开展自由授粉子代测定,连续9 a对生长性状和保存率进行观测分析。遗传变异分析结果表明:福建柏优良单株家系具有低于种源,但高于初级种子园家系的生长遗传变异;树高狭义遗传力介于0.1362~0.1941间,胸径狭义遗传力介于0.1752~0.1756间,单株立木材积狭义遗传力介于0.1831~0.1887间;B型遗传相关分析结果和遗传力随林龄的变化趋势均表明8 a林龄是福建柏家系和无性繁殖原株早期选择的最低林龄;根据基因型值排序选出无性繁殖原株11株,9 a林龄时树高、胸径、单株立木材积和保存率遗传增益分别为6.84%、12.57%、30.07%和5.74%;根据育种值排名选出优良家系8个,9 a林龄时树高、胸径、单株立木材积和保存率遗传增益分别为1.47%、3.02%、7.80%和1.47%。In order to enrich the selection population in breeding of Fokienia hodginsii,Multi-site progeny test was conducted with 24 open-pollinated families from plus individuals of provenance test,analyzing growth and preservation rate for 9 consecutive years.Significant genetic variation observed among families in growth,which was richer than that among open-pollinated families from primary seed orchard but less than that among provenances.Furthermore,narrow-sense heritability of tree hiehgt,diameter at breast height(DBH)and standing timber volume was between 0.1362~0.1941,0.1752~0.1756 and 0.1831~0.1887 respectively.8 a was considered as the minimum age for early selection of families and ortets in Fokienia hodginsii according to type B gencetic correlation and heritability annual trends.Finally,11 individuals from provenance test were identified as ortets in accordance with genotype value rank,obtaining 6.84%,12.57%,30.07%and 5.74%genectic gain in tree height,DBH,standing timber volume and preservation rate.And 8 open-pollinated families were identified as superior families in accordance with breeding value rank,obtaining 1.47%,3.02%,7.80%,1.47%genectic gain in tree height,DBH,standing timber volume and preservation rate.
