摘 要:油桐鹰尺蠖是危害速生桉树的重要食叶害虫之一,在我国南方大面积发生。为筛选出对该虫高效的生物防治资源,采用室内测定的方法测定6个不同来源的球孢白僵菌菌株(BbAX-07、BbFZ-51、BbFZ-58、BbMQ-08、BbMQ-02、BbQZ-05)生物学特性及其对油桐鹰尺蠖幼虫的致病力。结果表明:不同白僵菌菌株的菌落生长速度和产孢量间存在显著差异,菌落大小与产孢量呈正相关。BbFZ-58、BbAX-07菌株菌落直径和产孢量较其它菌株高,SDAY培养基上生长15d的菌落直径分别为6.0、6.3 cm,产孢量为1.41×10^8、1.35×10^8孢子·cm^-2;接种这2个菌株15 d后,油桐鹰尺蠖幼虫校正死亡率分别达到96.4%、90.9%,僵虫率分别为73.3%、71.7%,致死中时(LT50)分别为4.45、4.72 d,均比其他菌株高。说明球孢白僵菌BbFZ-58、BbAX-07菌株对油桐鹰尺蠖的致病力强,可作为优良菌株进一步开发应用。Biston suppressaria is an important defoliator in eucalyptus forest occurred in large area in South China.For screening high virulence strains against B.suppressaria Larvae,biological characteristics of 6 Beauveria bassiana strains(BbAX-07,BbFZ-51,BbFZ-58,BbMQ-08,BbMQ-02 and BbQZ-05)and their virulence to larvae of B.suppressaria were investigated by biological assay in laboratory.The results showed that there were significant differences in hyphal growth and sporulation among different B.bassiana strains.And significant positive correlation was observed between colony diameter and sporulation.Colony diameter and sporulation of BbFZ-58 and BbAX-07 were significantly higher than other strains,after 15 days cultured on SDAY medium,the colony diameter were 6.0 cm and 6.3 cm respectively,and the sporulation were 1.41×10^8 spores·cm^-2 and 1.35×10^8 spores·cm^-2.15 days after inoculated with these two strains,the corrected mortality of B.suppressaria larvae were 96.4%and 90.9%,and muscardine cadaver rates were 73.3%and 71.7%,respectively.The median lethal time(LT50)of BbFZ-58 and BbAX-07 against 4.45 d and 4.72 d respectively,these indexes were all better than other strains.The results showed that these two strains were high virulent strains against B.suppressaria larvae,which could be explored as potential biocontrol agent.
