摘  要:以闽江公园北园服务中心为例,探讨了城市屋顶绿化技术,为推动城市屋顶绿化建设提供了借鉴。闽江公园北园服务中心的屋顶绿化采取了设计施工一体化招标方式,为后续工作的开展奠定了良好的基础;以古典园林理念进行设计,恰当融入一些现代元素;并从整体性出发看待整个屋顶绿化,巧妙运用外墙爬藤、内庭绿柱等方式实现屋顶绿化与公园建筑物外的公园区域、内庭区域融合。通过骨架安装、"不打孔,不打钉"等多种技术手段,进行高标准的屋面防水处理,并通过合理布局、种植方式、材料运用等减轻屋面荷载。在屋顶平面空间上,运用了51种植物,植物多样性构成较丰富,绿化配置上兼顾观赏性与生态性。Taking the roof greening project of service centre in the north part of Minjiang Park for example, discussed the technical scheme of urban roof greening to provide reference for promoting the construction of urban roof green ing. The green roof of service centre in the north part of Minjiang Park has certain demonstration significance in the disposition and implementation effect of some segments such as bidding mechanism, design and plant disposition. In the segment of bidding, innovated to adopt the method of Integration of design and construction which laid a good foundation for the follow-up work. In terms of design, took the classical garden concept as the design idea on the hole with some modern elements right melted. Skillfully used different approaches, such as exterior wall climbing and the green column reaching out to the patio, to perfectly combine the green roof, the peripheral park area of the building and the patio area. In terms of construction, conducted high standard roofing waterproofing treatment through a variety of techniques, such as skeleton install, no punching and no sprigging. Besides, by ways of rational distribution, plant ing way and material application to reduce roof load. The plant diversity on the roof surface was relatively rich with 51 plant species. And the visual effect and ecological effect were both taken into account in the plant arrangement.
