固氮蓝藻和叶面肥对水稻产量及品质的影响

摘  要:为探究固氮蓝藻和叶面肥对水稻产量和品质的影响,以龙垦201为试验材料,采用单因素随机试验设计,在水稻分蘖末期施用固氮蓝藻,拔节初期施用3种叶面肥密高、液体硅和光合促进剂,于收获期测定各处理水稻的产量和品质。结果表明:施用固氮蓝藻和3种叶面肥,水稻的理论产量与对照相比均无显著性差异,但均有所增加,其中,施用密高、固氮蓝藻、液体硅和光合促进剂处理的水稻理论产量较对照分别增加6.81%、6.34%、2.72%和2.57%。施用固氮蓝藻和3种叶面肥稻米的加工品质和营养品质与对照相比均无显著性差异,外观品质均有所改善,其中施用液体硅和密高显著优于对照处理。施用固氮蓝藻和3种叶面肥稻米蒸煮食味品质与对照相比均无显著性差异,其中施用密高较对照有所降低,其他处理均高于对照。In order to explore the effect of nitrogen-fixing cyanobacteria and foliar fertilizer on rice yield and quality, Longken 201 was used as the test material and a single-factor random experiment design was used. Nitrogen-fixing cyanobacteria were applied at the end of tillering and three types of foliar fertilizer were applied at early stage ofrice jointing. Migao, liquid silicon and photosynthetic accelerator. The yield and quality of rice from different treatment were investigated. The results showed that the theoretical yields of nitrogen-fixing cyanobacteria and threetypes of foliar fertilizer rice were not significantly different from those of the control, but were increased compared tothat of the control. Among them, The theoretical yields of Migao, nitrogen-fixing cyanobacteria, liquid silicon, andphotosynthetic accelerator were increased by 6.81%, 6.34%, 2.72% and 2.57% compared with the control, respectively. The rice processing quality and nutritional quality of nitrogen-fixing cyanobacteria and three foliar fertilizerswere not significantly different from those of the control, and the exterior quality were all improved. Among them, exterior quality of liquid silicon and dense height were significantly better than those of the control. Cooking and eatingquality of rice from nitrogen-fixing cyanobacteria and three foliar fertilizers were not significantly different fromthose of the control. The cooking and eating quality was lower than that of the control, and other treatments were allhigher than the control treatment.
