摘　　要：目的:了解沈阳市养老机构老年人对新型冠状病毒肺炎防护认知及需求情况,为提高新型冠状病毒肺炎防护教育、保障老年人的健康安全提供实证依据。方法:2020年1月16日至22日对沈阳市某区2家养老机构的58名老年人进行抽样问卷调查,了解其对新型冠状病毒肺炎防护认知和需求情况。结果:养老机构老年人对新型冠状病毒肺炎基本知识表示非常了解和一般了解的不足40%,超过60%的老年人表示对新型冠状病毒肺炎部分防护知识和应对方法不了解。结论:加强养老机构老年人新型冠状病毒肺炎防护知识和应对能力极为迫切,结合网络平台、报纸、电视媒体等多种形式开展防护知识健康教育方式,促进老年人防护认知。Objective: To investigate the cognition and demands for the self-protection against novel coronavirus pneumonia( COVID-19) and to provide empirical evidence for improving the education of self-protection and ensuring the safety of the elderly in pension agency. Method: From 16 th to 20 th Jan 2020,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 58 elderly people in two pension agencies in Shenyang,in order to understand their cognition and demands for self-protection against COVID-19. Results: The comprehension of the basic protection was not good,and less than 40% of the elderly had a good and general comprehension of the related protection knowledge. There were more than 60% of the elderly who were not aware of the knowledge and methods of self-protection against COVID-19. Conclusions: It is extremely urgent to strengthen the knowledge and coping ability of self-protection against COVID-19 in the elderly in pension agencies. We can conduct health education on protection knowledge in various forms,such as newspaper,online platforms and television,to promote the self-protection cognition of the elderly.
