二甲双胍与阿卡波糖联用方案治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病患者的临床治疗效果。方法:选择2017年3月至2019年7月在我院接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者121例为研究对象,依据用药方案不同分为2组,对照组60例患者应用二甲双胍治疗,观察组61例患者应用二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后血糖、血脂指标,并评价临床效果。结果:2组患者治疗前各指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0. 05);治疗后血糖各指标及血脂各指标(除HDL-C)均较治疗前显著降低(P<0. 05);观察组患者血糖、血脂各指标较对照组改善显著(P<0. 05)。观察组有效率为93. 4%(57/61),显著高于对照组的73. 3%(44/60)(P<0. 05)。结论:二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖可显著改善2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂等指标,临床治疗效果显著提高,是一种更加有效的治疗方案。Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of metformin combined with acarbose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus( T2DM). Methods: From Mar 2017 to Jul 2019,121 patients with T2DM in our hospital were selected and divided into control group( 60 cases) and observation group( 61 cases). The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with acarbose. The blood glucose and lipid indexes were evaluated and analyzed before and after treatment. Results: There was no significant difference in the indexes of blood glucose and lipid between the two groups before treatment( P>0. 05). All indexes of blood glucose and lipid( except HEL-C) after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment( P<0. 05). Compared with the control group,the indexes of blood glucose and lipid in the observation group were significantly improved( P<0. 05). The effective rate in the observation group was 93. 4%( 57/61),which was significantly higher than that in the control group( 73. 3%,P < 0. 05). Conclusion: For the patients with T2DM,application of metformin combined with acarbose can significantly improve the indexes of blood glucose and lipid,and improve the clinical treatment effect,which is a more effective treatment method.
