摘 要:目的:探讨翻转课堂联合案例教学法在肿瘤放射治疗学教学中的应用效果。方法:以蚌埠医学院2017级50名影像技术专业本科生为研究对象,以2016级50名影像技术专业本科生作为对照。在肿瘤放射治疗学教学中,观察组采用翻转课堂联合案例教学法,对照组采用传统的基于主题进行的学习模式(subject-based learning,SBL)教学法。教学效果及教学满意度采取考试及调查表评估方式进行。结果:观察组的理论考试平均成绩为(92. 6±2. 5)分,技能操作考试平均成绩为(89. 3±3. 3)分,均高于对照组的(90. 9±4. 3)和(87. 6±4. 5)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。观察组在激发学习兴趣、提高学习效率、提高实践能力、提升临床思维能力及提高参与度等方面的满意度均高于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论:翻转课堂联合案例教学法能够提高肿瘤放射治疗学的教学效果,有效改善学生对教学方法的满意度。Objective: To explore the effect of flipped classroom combined case teaching method in the teaching of tumor radiotherapy.Methods: A total of 50 undergraduates majoring in imaging technology in Bengbu Medical College in 2017 were selected as the observation group,and 50 undergraduates majoring in imaging technology in 2016 were selected as the control group. In the teaching of tumor radiotherapy,the observation group adopted the flipped classroom combined case teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional subject-based learning( SBL) teaching method. Teaching effect and teaching satisfaction were evaluated by examination and questionnaire respectively. Results: The average scores of theory test and skill operation test in the observation group were( 92. 6 ±2. 5) and( 89. 3 ±3. 3) respectively,both higher than those in the control group[( 90. 9 ±4. 3) and( 87. 6 ± 4. 5)respectlvely,P<0. 05]. The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group in terms of stimulating learning interest, improving learning efficiency, improving practical ability, improving clinical thinking ability and improving participation( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The flipped classroom combined case teaching method can improve the teaching effect of tumor radiotherapy and effectively improve students’ satisfaction with the teaching method.
