摘　　要：基于传统带式输送机输送带的翻转方式,探讨了钢丝绳支波状挡边带式输送机的翻转方式,对输送带翻转长度进行了计算,并且通过有限元软件SolidWorks Simulation针对输送带翻转大变形几何非线性特征进行了非线性有限元仿真分析,从而得到其位移和应力变化,为工程实际提供一定的参考价值。According to the turnover mode of the traditional belt conveyor,this paper discusses the turnover mode of the walled belt conveyor supported by wire ropes,calculates the turning length of the belt,and carries out nonlinear finite element simulation analysis on the geometric nonlinear characteristics of the large deformation of the belt turnover by using the finite element software SolidWorks Simulation,and obtains changes on the displacement and stress,which can serve as a reference to engineering practices to certain degrees.
