摘 要:目的分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)早期CT表现。方法选取3例COVID-19病例;经病毒核酸检测确诊,胸部X线片阴性;均行螺旋CT扫描检查,共检出41个病灶,从病灶分布、形态、大小、密度、边缘及胸膜关系分析其影像表现。结果中下肺病灶占80%(33/41),肺周围病灶占82.9%(34/41),类圆形病灶占70.7%(29/41),平均直径16 mm,纯磨玻璃或部分磨玻璃密度影占78%(32/41),9个实变病灶及3个融合病灶均位于肺下叶,所有病灶边缘模糊或部分模糊。结论COVID-19早期CT常表现为中下肺胸膜下多发类圆磨玻璃密度影、边缘模糊,早期少量实变影或融合影常位于下肺胸膜下区域。Objective To analyze the early CT findings of COVID-19.Methods 3 cases of COVID-19 were collected,who were confirmed by viral nucleic acid test,and their chest X-ray was negative.All patients underwent spiral CT scan,and 41 lesions were detected.The lesions*distributi on,shape,size,density,edge and relati on ship with pleura were analyzed.Results Lesions in middle and lower lung accounted for 80%(33/41),and in peripheral lung accounted for 82.9%(34/41).The round-shaped lesions accounted for 70.7%(29/41)with the average diameter of 16 mm.The whole or partial ground-glass opacities accounted for 78%(32/41).9 consolidation lesions and 3 fusion lesions were located in the lower lobe,and the edges of all lesions were blurry or partially blurry.Conclusion The early CT findings of COVID-19 often manifest as multiple round ground-glass opacities in the middle and lower subpleura lung with blurried edges.Early small consolidation or fusion opacities are often located in the lower and sulpleural lung.
