摘  要:以复配过硫酸钾-抗坏血酸为氧化还原引发剂,丙烯酸(AA)、壳聚糖(CTS)为功能性单体,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为互穿线型高分子,利用溶剂结晶成孔技术和低温引发聚合制备了具有高强度、规整型吸附介质PVA-p(AA-co-CTS),探究了其对Sb(Ⅴ)的吸附性能。聚合体系最佳配方:AA与CTS总质量分数为7%,其中CTS与AA的质量比为0.18~0.2,PVA的质量分数为1.5%~2.0%,PVA-p(AA-co-CTS)介质整体成型于反应器中,孔隙连续,孔径范围为100~800μm,湿样抗压缩强度为0.48 MPa;孔隙内表面富含的-OH、-NH2及-COOH基团对Sb(Ⅴ)有强吸附能力。最佳吸附工艺为流量6 mL/min,温度293.15 K,初始浓度200 mg/L,最大吸附量76.77 mg/g。当操作温度在293.15 K时,Thomas拟合方程R2=0.9995,KTh=1.7595 mL/(mg·min)。富含功能基团规整型吸附介质通过低温结晶聚合一步成功制备,可取代传统散装吸附树脂、离子交换树脂用于Sb(Ⅴ)的吸附分离。Using compound potassium persulfate-ascorbic acid as redox initiator, acrylic acid(AA) and chitosan(CTS) as functional monomer, polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as interpenetrating network to enhance the strength of medium, solvent crystallization pore-forming technology and low-temperature oxidation-reduction initiation polymerization were used to prepare high strength and structured porous adsorptive medium PVA-p(AA-co-CTS), of which adsorption properties for Sb(Ⅴ) were studied. The optimum polymerization system as follows: total mass fraction of AA and CTS is 7%, the mass ratio of CTS to AA is 0.18~0.2, and the mass fraction of PVA is 1.5%~2.0%. The pore structure of the prepared PVA-p(AA-co-CTS) was structured and continuous, of which the scale is 100~800 μm, and the maximum compressive strength of wet samples is 0.48 MPa. The PVA-p(AA-co-CTS) adsorption medium porous inner surface is rich in-OH,-NH2 and-COOH groups have a strong adsorption capacity with Sb(Ⅴ). The optimum adsorption conditions are as follows: adsorption liquid flow rate 6 mL/min, temperature 293.15 K, initial concentration 200 mg/L, the maximum adsorption capacity 76.77 mg/g. When the operating temperature is 293.15 K, Thomas fit function R2=0.9995, KTh=1.7595(mL/(mg·min)). Structured adsorptive materials rich in functional groups were successfully prepared by one-step cryogenic crystallization polymerization. It can replace traditional bulk adsorptive resins and ion exchange resins for the adsorption and separation of Sb(Ⅴ).
