影像发声法应用于帕金森病患者自我效能感的提升--以上海市D医院为例

摘　　要：帕金森病的患病人数在不断增长。目前,我国有近300万帕金森患者。帕金森患者因病而导致自身形象的改变和运动障碍,使得其自我效能感较低,存在自尊低下、不自信等心理问题,这会影响患者的疾病治疗情况和生活质量,甚至会影响家庭的幸福。运用影像发声法在上海市D医院开展干预试验,探究帕金森患者自我效能感的现状,依据亲身经验、替代性经验、言语劝说和生理情绪状况四种自我效能感的信息来源来开展小组干预活动,结果发现影像发声法对帕金森患者自我效能感的提升具有可行性,可以改善帕金森患者的总体健康水平。The number of patients with Parkinson’s disease is increasing. At present, there are nearly 3 million patients with Parkinson’s disease in China. Due to disease symptoms of image changing and movement disorders, Parkinson’s patients have low self-efficacy, low self-esteem, self-abasement and other psychological problems, which will affect the patient’s disease treatment and quality of life, and even affect the happiness of the family. The intervention experiment was carried out in D hospital of Shanghai by using Photovoice to explore the current status of self-efficacy in patients with Parkinson’s disease. Group intervention activities were carried out according to the four information sources of self-efficacy, including personal experience, vicarious experience, verbal persuasion and physiological emotional state. The results showed that Photovoice was feasible to improve self-efficacy of Parkinson’s patients and improve their overall health.
