摘 要:为解决矿山深层化开采引发的热害问题,营造舒适安全的矿井作业环境,推动深井高温控制技术的发展,提出了基于直膨式热泵技术的深井集热降温系统,并通过室内试验对装置的运行工况和土体降温效果进行了试验研究。结果表明:在RT(室内温度)为29.1~34.3℃的条件下,土体温度场由45~55℃降至20~25℃,热传导主要发生在水平方向;集热降温阶段的制冷性能系数EER的最大值为2.24,均值为1.64,明显高于理论值;系统整体运行高效稳定,集热制冷效果显著,为全面防治深井热害问题提供了一种新思路。In order to solve the heat-harm,create a comfortable and safe working condition,and promote the development of cooling technology in deep-mine,a cooling and heat-collecting system based on direct expansion ground-coupled heat pump(DX-GCHP)was established,and laboratory test was performed to study the operation condition of the system and its cooling effect in tailings.The system performing results indicate that the temperature distribution in soil drops from 45-55 ℃ to 20-25 ℃ during room temperature(RT)of 29.1-34.3 ℃,and the heat conduction mainly occurs in the horizontal direction.The hourly Energy Efficiency Ratio(EER),whose maximum value in the stage of cooling is 2.24 and the average is 1.64,is obviously higher than the theoretical value.The system performs efficiently and the effect is significant in cooling,which provides a new method for comprehensive prevention and control of heat-harm in deep mine.
