摘 要:设计水胶比为0.40,粉煤灰分别代替5种不同质量水泥的混凝土,以自制的设备测定水和气体渗透系数,用直流电量法测定氯离子扩散系数并通过MIP测定孔隙率及孔径分布。结果表明:当粉煤灰掺量小于30%时,试验混凝土的水、气渗透系数及氯离子扩散系数均随着掺量的增加而降低,但降低混凝土的水渗透性和气体渗透性及氯离子扩散系数的最佳掺量不同;粉煤灰混凝土三种渗透性之间有较好的相关性,其中气体渗透系数与氯离子扩散系数的相关性更好。Fly ash concrete with water to binder ratio of 0.4 and different replacements was designed in this paper.Water and gas permeability coefficients were measured with a self-designed device,and the chloride diffusion coefficient and porosity of fly ash concrete were tested by the ASTM C1202 method and mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),respectively.Results show that,when the fly ash content is smaller than 30%,the water and gas permeability coefficients decrease with the increase of the fly ash content.However,the optimal replacement of fly ash for gas permeability is different from that for water permeability.Moreover,water and gas permeability coefficient both have a good correlation with the chloride diffusion coefficient.The chloride diffusion coefficient is more relevant to the gas permeability than the water permeability.
