摘 要:针对材料厂商标定的参考曝光时间较长且打印试件成型精度较低的问题,以齿科专用光敏树脂(D992)为原料,打印不同曝光时间的测试件,并进行拉伸试验和精度测量试验,对其力学性能和成型精度进行研究。研究结果表明:试件的固化强度随单层曝光时间的增大而增大;单层曝光时间为3.0 s时,试件的固化强度达到最高强度的37%,满足打印要求,此时试件的成型精度达到最高。所采用的试验研究方法及结论对制定数字光处理(DLP)光敏树脂3D打印的工艺流程具有重要的参考价值。In order to solve the problem of long reference exposure time and low forming accuracy of printing specimen calibrated by material manufacturer,the special photosensitive resin(D992)for dentistry was used as raw material to print specimen with different exposure times,and tensile test and accuracy measurement test were carried out to study its mechanical properties and forming accuracy.The research results showed that the curing strength of the specimen increased with the increase of the single-layer exposure time.When the single-layer exposure time was 3.0 s,the curing strength of the specimen reached 37%of the highest strength,which met the printing requirements,and the forming accuracy of the specimen reached the highest.The experimental research methods and conclusions used in this paper had important reference value for the development of 3D printing for digital light processing(DLP)photosensitive resin.
