摘 要:以柠檬酸处理和焙烧相结合的方法,再生了一种工业失活Y型分子筛催化剂,用于苯和多乙苯的烷基转移催化反应。通过N2物理吸附(BET)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线荧光(XRF)、热重分析(TG)及NH3程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)等分析表征手段,研究了不同再生条件对失活Y分子筛的影响。结果表明,采用柠檬酸溶液对失活催化剂处理8 h,并在500℃焙烧4 h,再生催化剂的活性最好,催化乙苯收率大于30%,且在227 h的寿命评价中表现出良好的稳定性。An industrially deactivated Y-type zeolite catalyst was regenerated by a combination method of citric acid treatment and calcination for the transalkylation catalytic reaction of benzene and polyethylbenzene.The effects of different regeneration conditions on the deactivated Y zeolites were studied by means of N2 physical adsorption(BET),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray fluorescence(XRF),thermogravimetric analysis and NH3 temperature programmed desorption(NH3-TPD)respectively.The results showed that the activity of the regenerated catalyst was the best with the yield of ethylbenzene more than 30%under the regeneration conditions of citric acid solution treatment for 8 h and calcined at 500℃for 4 h.The regenerated catalyst showed good stability for the 227 h life time evaluation.
