摘 要:注空气热力采油技术被广泛应用于油田生产中,为了更好地发挥高温氧化阶段的采油潜力,通常要求低温氧化阶段的反应速率和反应程度较高。选取过渡金属Fe的有机化合物二茂铁作催化剂进行低温注空气实验,通过改变二茂铁的添加量、温度、压力以及选取其他添加剂对催化效果进行对比。结果表明:二茂铁有降低氧化反应活化能的作用;二茂铁的添加量大约在加入催化剂水溶液质量的0.6%时效果最好;温度和压力与二茂铁对氧化反应起到协同作用,且一定温度和压力范围内,温度和压力越高氧化反应速率越快;过渡金属Cu,Fe和地沟油也能明显缩短低温氧化反应时间。Air-injected thermal oil recovery technology is widely used in oilfield production.In order to give great function to the oil recovery potential of high temperature oxidation stage,the reaction rate and degree of low temperature oxidation stage are usually required to be high.Ferrocene[Fe(C5H5)2],an organic compound of transition metal Fe,was selected as catalyst to carry out low temperature air-injected experiments.The effects of the amount of the ferrocene,reaction temperature,reaction pressure and the kinds of additives as catalysts on the catalytic performance were investigated.The experimental results showed that ferrocene could reduce the activation energy of oxidation reaction.The best result was obtained when the amount of ferrocene was about 0.6%of the mass of catalyst aqueous solution.Furthermore,the temperature and pressure also played a synergistic role with ferrocene in the oxidation reaction.In a certain temperature and pressure range,the higher the temperature and pressure were,the faster the oxidation reaction rate became.Transition metals,such as copper and iron,and ditch oil could also significantly shorten the reaction time of low temperature oxidation.
