军人心理求助障碍量表的汉化及信度效度检验

摘　　要：目的汉化军人心理求助障碍(Perceived Barriers to Seeking Mental Health Services)量表,分析其在测评海军官兵心理求助障碍的信度和效度。方法通过翻译-回译-调适,形成汉化版军人心理求助障碍量表,并对659名海军官兵进行测评,分析量表的信效度。结果回收有效问卷654份,有效问卷率为99.24%。文化调适时合并2个条目,探索性因子分析共提取3个公因子,分别是消极态度、污名和组织障碍。删除"我去心理咨询让我感觉很尴尬"和"接受心理咨询会被看作软弱"2个条目。验证性因子分析结果:χ^2=233.0588,良性适配指标(GFI)=0.8094,渐进残差均方和平方根(RMSEA)=0.1675,残差均方和平方根(RMR)=0.1013,标准化残差均方和平方根(SRMR)=0.0843,标准适配指数(NFI)=0.7386,比较适配指数(CFI)=0.7731,拟合指标尚可。总量表的内部一致性Cronbachα系数为0.865,提取的3个公因子Cronbachα系数分别为0.706、0.818和0.869。结论汉化版军人心理求助障碍量表具有良好的信度,效度分析认为模型适配度尚可,需进一步扩大样本并修订完善。Objective To translate the English version of Perceived Barriers to Seeking Mental Health Services into Chinese,and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version in evaluating psychological help-seeking disorders of navy soldiers.Methods The Chinese version of Perceived Barriers to Seeking Mental Health Services was introduced through translating,back-translating and culture adjusting.Reliability and validity of the Chinese version were tested in 659 Chinese Navy soldiers.Results Totally 654 valid questionnaires were collected,with a valid recovery rate of 99.24%.Two items were combined during culture adjusting.Three factors,namely,negative attitudes,stigma,and organizational barriers,were extracted by means of exploratory factor analysis.Two items,"It would be too embarrassing"and"I would be seen as weak",were eliminated.Fit indices by means of confirmatory factor analysis were acceptable(χ^2=233.0588,goodness of fit index[GFI]=0.8094,root mean square error of approximation[RMSEA]=0.1675,root mean square residual[RMR]=0.1013,standard root mean square residual[SRMR]=0.0843,normed fit index[NFI]=0.7386,and comparative fit index[CFI]=0.7731).The total Cronbachαwas 0.865.The Cronbachαvalues for the three subscales were 0.706,0.818 and 0.869,respectively.Conclusion The Chinese version of Perceived Barriers to Seeking Mental Health Services has high internal consistency and acceptable validity.Further sample enlargement and revision are required.
