摘　　要：慢性荨麻疹是一种皮肤黏膜过敏性疾病。目前,现代医学大多应用抗组胺类药物治疗,但效果不甚理想。中医治疗具有明显优势,常能取得满意疗效。本文介绍郑邦本老中医运用凉血消风饮治疗慢性荨麻疹临证的辨证方法、用药特色,以期为相关治疗提供临床借鉴。Chronic urticaria is a common allergic disease of skin and mucosa.At present,modern medicine is mostly anti-allergic treatment,and the efficacy is not ideal.TCM has obvious advantages in treating urticaria,which can often achieve satisfactory efficacy.This article introduced TCM master Zheng Bangben’s syndrome differentiation methods and medication characteristics in using Liangxue Xiaofeng Decoction for treatment of chronic urticaria,with the purpose to provide clinical references for relevant treatment.
