网络药理学在中药复方作用机制研究中的应用

摘　　要：网络药理学凭借“多成分-多靶点-多途径”网络构建思想与中医理论的“整体观”相符合,能较为准确地对中药复方作用机制进行预测和分析,也能对中药配伍常用的一些观点进行阐述和论证。因此,近年来网络药理学受到学者们的广泛关注。本文将近5年中药复方作用机制研究文献进行综述,从中药复方作用机制网络药理学的研究过程和网络药理学对君臣佐使、药对、同病异治、异病同治等配伍规律的解释进行论述,以期为网络药理学研究提供新的思路。Network pharmacology which depends on a network-construction idea of“multi components,multi targets and multi pathways”is consistent with the“integrality”concept which plays an important role in TCM theory.It is more convenient and precise to predict and analyze the mechanism of action of TCM compounds,and can expound and demonstrate some viewpoints commonly used in the compatibility of TCM.Therefore,network pharmacology has received extensive attention and recognition from scholars in recent years.This article reviewed the literature on the mechanism of action of TCM compounds in the past 5 years,and discussed the compatibility laws and regulations of“emperor,minister,adjuvant and courier”medicine(which were called jun-chen-zuo-shi in Chinese),medicinal pairs,different treatments for the same disease,and same treatment for different disease from the research process of network pharmacology.
