摘　　要：骨性关节炎是临床上中老年人常见的关节退行性疾患,症状多表现为关节疼痛、活动受限与功能下降。其防治已成为现代医学的研究热点,但学术界对其发病机制尚未完全明确。随着现代医学对该病的研究日趋深入,发现软骨细胞自噬与该病的发生有一定相关性。研究表明,中医药可影响软骨细胞自噬基因表达。本文就中医药对骨性关节炎软骨细胞自噬影响的研究进展进行综述。Osteoarthritis is a common degenerative disease of the joints in the middle and old people in clinic,and the symptoms are mostly joint pain,limited mobility,and decreased function.Its prevention and treatment have become a hot topic in modern medicine,but the pathogenesis of the disease has not been fully clarified in academia.With the deepening of modern medical research on this disease,it is found that there is a certain correlation between chondrocyte autophagy and the occurrence of this disease.Now a number of studies have shown that TCM may exert influence on gene expression of chondrocyte autophagy.This article reviewed the research progress of TCM for osteoarthritis.
