摘  要:针对镗床对隔爆型电机机加能力不足的问题,对一台闲置的镗铣床进行技术改进,增加了手动微调平台,根据被加工工件大小不同,可选择在原机床工作台装卡,也可选择在手动微调平台装卡,并给出手动微调平台的精度分析。在手动微调平台上还可增加附加立式平台,满足盖、板类扁形工件装卡要求。在原机床上增加了三坐标数显装置,使工件加工精度进一步得到提高。通过改进使更多的工序在1台机床上完成,有助于提高产品质量与产量。Aimed at borers insufficiency to process parts of explosion-proof motors,technical improvement was done on an idle boring miller.A platform for manual fine adjustment was attached.According to the sizes of processed work-pieces,it can be fixed on the workbench of the original boring miller or on the added manual adjustment platform,and precision analysis of the manual adjustment platform was done.In order to meet the demands of fixation of flat-shaped parts such as caps and plates,a vertical platform can be attached to the above-mentioned manual adjustment platform.A three-coordinate digital display device was attached to the original boring miller,which can improve the precision of processing even further.These technical transformations make more processing steps finished on only one boring miller,which can contribute a lot to enhancing quality and productivity.
