摘 要:针对液压制动稳定性差、工作压力范围窄、压力波动以及碟簧疲劳性差等因素,详细分析了液压制动器原理,建立相应力学模型,找出稳定性差的原因,研发了复合液压制动器,提高了制动器稳定性,规避了压力波动以及碟簧疲劳性因素,为定向钻进提供了重要保障。For the poor hydraulic braking stability,narrow operating pressure range,pressure fluctuations and disc reed fatigue and other factors,analyzed the principle of hydraulic brakes in detail,established the corresponding mechanical model,found out the reasons for the poor stability,developed a composite hydraulic brake,improved the stability of the brakes,avoided the pressure fluctuations and disc reed fatigue factors.The performance of the brakes was provided an important guarantee for directional drilling.
