摘 要:为了减少直线振动筛在运行时发生横梁断裂、侧板开裂等问题,使用有限元软件对ZK2060直线振动筛进行了模态分析。根据应力和变形云图的结果,可知当振动筛的工作频率接近其固有频率时,容易发生结构共振,容易引起疲劳损伤,从而缩短使用年限。基于此,使用ANSYS软件,优化了振动筛结构,让最大应力和固有频率大幅改变,对于设计性能的提升有很大的帮助。In order to reduce the cracking of the screen beam and side plate during the operation of the linear vibrating screen,the modal analysis of ZK2060 linear vibrating screen was carried out by using the finite element software.From the results of its stress and deformation,it was known that when the working frequency of shale shaker is close to its natural frequency,it was easy to cause structural resonance and fatigue damage,thus shortening the service life.Based on this,ANSYS software was used to optimize the structure of the shale shaker,so that the maximum stress and natural frequency can be greatly changed,which is very helpful for improving the design performance.
