摘　　要：为解决在测量涂膜阻氡率时带来的环保、经济、重复利用氡源、连续测量寻找体系平衡态等问题,在本测量系统中设计了利用廉价易得的铀矿粉作为氡源的氡室。采取以不锈钢丝网为骨架制作无衬底涂膜样板,消除衬底在测量涂膜阻氡率时带来的影响。运用统计物理学原理,找出涂膜影响氡室内的氡浓度和集氡室内的氡浓度的规律,从而推导出了一种反映涂膜阻氡率的算法。提出了涂料阻氡性能新的表示方法;提出了一个新的物理量——Pδ值(防氡值)。研究结果表明:用氡室测量涂膜阻氡率方法及其算法是可行的,可作为测量涂膜阻氡率的通用标准方法,还可作为涂膜等薄膜的隔氧性能的测量方法。In this measurement system,a radon chamber using the cheap and easy available uranium powder as radon source was designed and established to solve the problems during measurement,such as environmental protection,economic issues,reuse of radon sources and finding of the system equilibrium by continuious measurement.When measuring radon-stop rate of coatings film,a non-substrate coatings film was fabricated with stainless steel wire mesh as the skeleton to eliminate the influence of the substrate on the measurement of radon-stop rate of the coatings film.Based on the deep understanding of the radon prevention properties of the coatings film,and by using the principle of statistical physics,the effect of coatings film on the radon concentration in the radon chamber and the radon concentration in the radon collection chamber was studied,and an algorithm reflecting the radon-stop rate of the coating film was derived.In order to indicate the radon prevention performance of coatings film intuitively,a new representation method of radon prevention performance of coatings film was proposed,and a new physical quantity,Pδvalue(radon prevention value)was established.The results showed that the continuous measurement in radon chamber and its algorithm was feasible.The method and algorithm for measuring radon-stop rate of coatings film in radon chamber can not only be used as a general standard method for measuring radon-stop rate of coating film,also can be used as a method to measure the oxygen-stop rate by films such as coatings.
