摘 要:[目的]筛选出适合草茎点霉SYAU-06菌株产孢的培养基和诱导方法。[方法]采用控制变量法测定不同培养基及不同培养条件下菌株孢子器的产生数量。[结果]鸭跖草汁的添加有利于菌株产孢,固体发酵缩短了孢子器的形成时间。草茎点霉SYAU-06菌株的最佳产孢培养基为OMA+鸭跖草汁培养基;适宜孢子器形成的温度为25~30℃;最佳光照时间为12 h/d;最适pH值范围为7~8。[结论]在人工提供适当的条件下能够诱导该菌产生分生孢子器。[Aims] This study aims to screen out the suitable medium and cultural method of producing pycnidium for Phoma herbarum SYAU-06 strain. [Methods] Pycnidium number of SYAU-06 strain under different media and different culture conditions was determined by controlling variables. [Results] The addition of Commelina communis juice was beneficial to form pycnidium of the strain, while the solid fermentation shortened the forming time. The best medium for the P. herbarum SYAU-06 was OMA+C. communis juice medium;suitable temperature was 25-30 ℃;the best light time was 12 h/d;the optimum pH range was 7-8. [Conclusions] The pycnidium of P.herbarum SYAU-06 strain could be induced successfully under suitable artificial conditions.
