摘 要:[目的]明确烯肟菌酯与氟环唑、咪鲜胺对苹果树主要病害的协同增效作用。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法和田间喷雾法。[结果]室内筛选试验发现:烯肟菌酯与氟环唑在1∶4、1∶2、1∶1、2∶1、4∶1配比下对苹果斑点落叶病增效作用明显,在1∶5、1∶3、1∶1、3∶1、5∶1配比下对苹果树腐烂病增效作用明显;烯肟菌酯与咪鲜胺在3∶1、1∶1、1∶3、1∶5、1∶7配比下对苹果轮纹病增效作用明显。田间试验结果显示:18%烯肟菌酯·氟环唑悬浮剂对苹果斑点落叶病在120 mg a.i./kg剂量下,春梢防效达到88.71%,秋梢防效达到81.67%。[结论]烯肟菌酯与氟环唑、咪鲜胺等混配,多个比例下均对3种病害增效作用明显,有效降低了新杀菌剂抗性风险,为混剂开发提供了方向,为生产用药提供了指导。[Aims] This study aims to confirm synergistic effects of enestroburin and epoxiconazole or prochloraz against diseases on the apple trees. [Methods] Mycelium growth rate method and spray were adopted according to Pesticide Guideline. [Results ] There was synergism between enestroburin and epoxiconazole against apple altermaria leaf spot and apple canker at ratio of 1∶4, 1∶2, 1∶1, 2∶1, 4∶1 and 1∶5, 1∶3, 1∶1, 3∶1, 5∶1, separately. There was significant synergistic effect of enestroburin and prochloraz against apple ring rot disease at ratio of 3 ∶1, 1 ∶1, 1 ∶3, 1 ∶5, 1 ∶7. The efficacy of enestroburin and epoxiconazole 18% SC against apple alternia leaf spot was 88.71 and 81.67% respectively in spring and autumn shoot. [Conclusions] There was significant synergistic effect of enestroburin and epoxiconazole or prochloraz against the three diseases on apple tree.
